which is reducing the duration of the spell, like 2,3turns or instantly(from 10 turns), just like the change of the flame blade and the gust of wind(10turns-instantly)
I understand this mechanism is aim to prevent players stacking mutiple buffs at the same time, but it also makes the surface spells or the controlling spells really bad since the Wizards of the coast just put the concentration tag randomly and did none complements on higher level, and that just especially made druid non-shapeshifter playstyle really awkward, like the entangle, faerie fire are all good spells but I have to give them up at higher level just because I only have one stupid precious concentration slot.
and speaking of the surface spells, I wonder if the spell DC caculation bug(always 12) is related in game engine? is that the reason it hasn't been fixed since EA?
