I had the same problem with Dark Urge and act 3. I don't know if it is just a bug or if it wasn't implemented though... Really brought down a damn good wrap up to the arc too. Having no one react beyond 'congrats' was rough.
I think it is bugged-- I asked the same question on the BG3 reddit and got a few responses, a lot of people having the same issue, but a couple of people were surprised because they said they were shocked at how strongly their companions reacted to early Act 3 twists. Hope they sort soon. : (
