Situation:
Last light inn is devastated because I couldn't save Isobel from Kidnapping.
Art Collage was dead when I met him. I spoke to him by Speak with Dead spell, learned about Thaniel.
Spoke to Halsin and he told me to meek him at lake shore.
But he just stands in the camp and says the same two sentences without going to lake shore. I tried long resting, travelling to different region and back but it didn't work.
Is there a way to correct this issue because I can't reload to a previous save game...
