apparently all he needs is another spawn with the right symbol carved on them. Wouldn't have been hard to do.
I thought it must be a spawn that brought all these victims to him, or else this spawn's part of the victims won't count (Cazador says that the victims are bound to him through spawns blood - which also is a bit weird, because their blood has nothing to do with bringing these people to the palace but nevermind this).
