If you disabled Karmic Dice your -character/tav- roll pretty much random.
There is no cure of randomness.
Somebody else with far more credible argument against the roll has been beaten to pulp with fact and magic in this thread.
I suggest to pay attention with your stat, focus on skills that give you advantage on attack roll instead of trusting 55-65% odds.
