There are weapons or armor that have added effects but unless I'm missing something it doesn't say what they do.

For example there's force conduit as well as others I can't think of at the moment. So unless I'm missing it, I don't think it says what it actually does. Does it? If not, maybe add a description?

You need to hit the hotkey that freezes the tooltip on the screen, then hover over Force Conduit to get another tooltip about it. It's kinda awkward. :P

I slept on one of the best act 1 weapons in the game because I didn't figure it out either (I think the hotkey is called something like "expand tooltips"), and a weapon being invisible didn't sound like an outrageously awesome property by itself to me.
