found boy earlier than lakeshore quest
saw Halsin at the shore but decided to go for other stuff
when I came back he was gone from the shore
decided to finish Towers
He's at the Towers telling me that I shouldn't help him as I have more important stuff to do and goodbye...
Like C'mon dude... I know how to help you but you're just fffff me off ;<<<<
Idk If I can change. Kind of of sad since it was supposed to be good playthrough
