I fully sympathize with your situation, but starting multiple threads in quick succession on the same topic won�t make Larian respond. The same can�t be said for moderators, though, who are more than happy to explain the reasons behind forum bans.

All that said, +1 to your post. Staying silent on a product that�s been paid for and remains unreleased is in an ethical gray area, at the very least.

Edit: FAQ says mac version is currently available (though it�s a little unclear)


2nd edit: No tweet so far on the topic. One would think that would be part of the Mac launch.
