- Set screen to Windowed (not Borderless Window)
- Set resolution to suit your monitor
- Set cursor to be constrained by the window, otherwise you'll go mad
- Hit the Windows key to break out of the game
- Grab the edge of the window and stretch it
- When you release, the game willl grab the cursor again
- Repeat 3 and 4 for the other side.
Done.
Unfortunately you have to do it on each game start, but it only takes a few seconds. I have three 32" monitors and find that stretching to one-quarter the width of the outside monitors is enough.
