Title says it all. This helmet gives the buff “Infernal Sight” that is supposed to let you see through Darkness similar to Devil’s Sight, but it simply doesn’t. Blind immunity still works though.
Meanwhile, enemies with Devil’s Sight at multiple points in the game (especially in Act 3) can shoot and see through it like Darkness isn’t even there.
