She is different every single playthrough for me:
I tried fighter 2/3-druid rest but was underwhelmed.
When I don't want Halsin in my party also, I switch her to moon druid
To keep her druid and give more a Harper/CIA agent feeling, Rogue 1/land druid 11 or Thief 3/land druid 9
