I never saw or interacted with Kethric in Act 2 until the fight at the end. His dialog with my character broke immersion. He acted like we met before, but this was the first time my character even saw him. I learned his secret through random chance by not going to Moonrise Tower first, but by discovering the Temple of Shar and his mausoleum . I freed the Tieflings in the prison but never went to the throne room or where Kethric was in Moonrise Tower. There was no reason to continue to explore Moonrise after I did the jail break as all the guards were hostile now. I feel this wasted his character completely. Raphael is a forced interaction, but none of the major bosses are. It makes no sense to me as to why its like this.
