Also, a GOTY needs to be finished, BG3 is not. Besides I read a lot of reports from people who were initially sceptical of Starfield that the game starts to make a lot of fun, even though they can't really articzlate why and even though they are very aware of its shortcomings.
Also many points from OPs list apply 1:1 to BG3. Fake world, bad inventory, ect.
