Sometimes there is too much blood in battle and in locations. It would be cool if they add an option to turn off the blood to make the game more fantasy. Thanks

I want the blood off on cutscenes. And after a long rest blood and corpses should disappear from a location. I hate that my camp still has Aradin's corpse just lying around frozen.

Just like Dragon Age: Origins, the amount of blood on people's faces can get a bit ridiculous. It's like no one ever bothers to so much as wipe their face. I can understand this while we're in the middle of a dungeon / in the wilderness, but once we hit that Long Rest button and everyone is in their pyjamas the blood should definitely be off. It's a bit off-putting to have romantic discussions with companions while we're both covered in blood (unless it's with Lae'zel I guess) :P

In classic games, there is no blood. Drakensang, newerwinter and other.
I think the blood in the cut-scenes will be difficult to remove. But you can remove it in the gameplay.

IIRC there was a mod for DA:O, but it was either "no blood on body ever" or "just don't use the mod". I'd go for the first option atm I don't know how BG3 modding looks like (and I refuse to look into it until the modding tools are officially released), but I don't think it would be impossible to make a similar mod.

It'll never stop being dumb to me how people are more scared of womens nipples or genitals ( breasts are not genitals tho, so it's even dumber to cover them ).
But then there's gore Gnoll belly burst pregnancies and dead mutilated bodies with their intestines hanging and environments made out of flesh and gore and yes people walking around wearing liters of blood at all times.
A blood/ gore toggle makes more sense imo than a nudity toggle and yet only the latter is there.

I've seen some people wonder about nudity toggles and say it's '' cuz what if my kids see a nipple '' and considering what's in the game it's like the most insane thing ever to me that it's what people are worried about xD.
It just makes literally no sense to me that a nudity toggle exists but not a gore/ blood toggle, I guess it's just easier to implement maybe but that doesn't make it any less dumb.

I am not easily grossed out by gore and blood either, but imo I kinda wish it was like a slider or something ideally.
Violence in games and movies/ tv shows has a tendency to be way more over the top than in reality to a point it kinda just feels silly to me.
