TBH i really wish to see this happen. Imagine how many 'issues' could be solved just by giving players tools.
1. D&D geek could make 3e, Xe, 5e whatever version
2. People who find game as 'easy' could make their own torture chambers that are unfun, poorly writed and impossible to finish
I feel everybody wins here.
Probably this will never happen, too good to be true. People are really creative so +1
