I have the Deluxe Edition of the game on PC (Steam), and I know the DLC is registered properly because I got the chest with the DOS2 items in it (the Red Prince Cape, Sebille's Needle, etc.)

However, I thought the Bard Song Pack unlocks new songs to perform?

Shadowheart learned instrument proficiency from Alfira, but when I equipped a Flute it only offered "Bard Dance", "The Power", and "Old Time Battles", which are the songs that were already available in EA.

To test further, I respecced Astarion and gave him a level in Bard so he also got instrument proficiency. He equipped a Lute and, yet again, he could only perform "Bard Dance", "The Power", and "Old Time Battles".

Am I missing something? How do I learn the new songs that are supposed to come with the Deluxe Edition?

Have the same issue - I own the DLC, but have only 3 songs to choose from

From what I've read, if you are not the character that created the initial save file, even if you buy the DLC you can't use the new songs. This has been an issue for over a month and hasn't been addressed with any of the hotfixes. I submitted a new bug report tonight so hopefully something comes of it but no word from Larian yet.
