but im not trying to make an optimal build.
Ive been having this idea in my head for an armoured mage for a while now and I finally get to test it out. Its been years since ive had a chance to be a player at a DND table. I dont begrudge my place as the forever DM but its sometimes nice to be able to be a player as well, you know? Most of the group are doing equaly goofy and/or stupid things.
The DM has been wanting to DM this for ages as well so we are all having a good time.
