Hi y'all.
I hope a Larian Dev picks this up. I have racked up over 200 hrs of BG3 and to be fair until Patch 2 came out I never had any game breaking issues. Just the occasional bug here and there that didn't even merit a mention because it got patched.
The down side here is since Patch#2 the game will crash upon loading. Splash screen comes on, loading comes on and gets stuck at 100%, only have GOG kicks in that we then proceed to the title scree 'Click any button to continue'. It would see this issue is caused in part by Larian's launcher.
When I open the file 'bg3_dx11.exe' straight the installed files (bin folder); the game would load up in seconds without any issues, like before.
Is there a way to bypass Larian's launcher? Let GOG's launcher do it's thing so my achievements get unlocked?
I have sent a bug/crash report and haven't received a ticket number in return. Just an email pointing me towards larian's website.
