I only realized after some time that I've softlocked Shadowheart out of the romance scene. Which disables the possibility of multiple romances, such as the case with the Drow twins.
After beating act 2 and progressing past the
astral plane rescue/ambush
, in order to trigger SH's romance, you must long rest and talk to SH BEFORE
acquiring the hotel floor at The Elf Song Tavern
. It may be once or twice before the scene actually has a chance to occur, but once you have
acquired the hotel floor in the tavern
, you can no longer romance SH, although her relationship with you is very much at it's peak. I thought in order to finally complete the romance, it required completing her quest line "Daughter of Darkness" but that does not seem to be the case.
