you sure you have no quicksave slot before the drider? check again. as for lantern. yes afaik its the only way.
I am about 70 hrs into the game.....
About half of that was spent looking and looking and looking for a way through the Shadow Cursed map.
So even my oldest saves are wayyy after I first entered this map.
Oh well....
Thinking of all the praise this game received for having multiple ways to complete quests.....
And then having an Area like the Shadow Cursed map....
and having only ONE Lantern???
That a very very very rookie mistake from the Devs.
And even worse seeing how it is very very very easy to end up not having the Lantern.
Very disappointing.
Guess this is the last time I play a Larion game....
and now I have a long list of Youtubers who I now know not to trust their game reviews,
