Um, guys? Developers don't reply to bug reports. They literally don't have the time to do that.
That's why I'm asking for clarification on the automated emails from the officials on the forums, because it's asking me to waste support's time even further by sending them back 16 replies for the 16 bug reports they never got to respond to. The point is not to waste anybody's time.

Just because they don't reply to individuals that send in bug reports does not mean they are a waste of time. They are just too busy reading, verifying, finding what's causing the bug and then fixing it.
Any performance improvements on PC? I quit playing after patch 2, as act 3 is unplayable on Vulkan, DX11 is a bit better, but only for a short time. And I don't want to ruin that save game by crashes many people report.
Since this patch, I can no longer see the maximum number of weight a character can carry in the PS5 inventory screen. Or am I looking in the wrong place. Anyway, it is annoying not being able to see how close to being encumbered I am.

No clue why you said that because personally I don't need Support/Developers to reply back to bug reports. I am fully aware they're too busy and do not have time as I've said it myself multiple times now, what I'm asking for is clarification on the automated email.
In the event that our hotfixes and patches have not resolved the issue you've reported or you still require assistance, please reply to this email and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as they are able.
So am waiting for official clarification here since it means I'll have to send back 16 emails to 16 reports which received this email, which I absolutely do not wish to do if Support will get around to investigating the reports eventually. I want to ease Support's job, not add to it.
As a PS5 player, there’s no category to report bugs on the official tool yet, so the forums will have to do. And yeah, not expecting a reply.
Some more information on my other post:
Captured a video of the controller bug (about 20 seconds in - audio cut because of severe cursing)
We’re now reloading the game every few minutes on average. It’s not technically game breaking because we can still play for some time, but it’s as close to it as it gets.
We had to fight
the Dwergar and Nere in Grymforge
with that bug. I can’t even begin to tell you how close we got to just chucking the controllers across the room. “I’ve got the bug again, we have to reload” on every other round.
I'd already purchased the EA through Steam before they said there was no actual release date for Mac, so I've been playing it through GeForce NOW on my Mac with absolutely zero problems if you're looking for a holdover until it does finally release. GEForce has been really great about adding hotfixes and patches as they roll out so you don't have to worry about playing an older version. Hope this helps a bit.

Our solution to this bug is quick save -> quick load when it happens.

Yeah, that’s what we’re doing, it’s just getting very time intensive, and together with the general choppiness when switching characters, summoning things (arcane weaponry, spells with persistent effects, familiars, etc) it feels like we’re losing roughly 30% of game time to constant reloading and the game locking up. Which is a shame because playing single player is a wonderful experience!
I remember similar problems in D:OS2, but not this extreme. Would be nice if split screen would get a bit more love.
So uhm does this patch let us recruit Minthara and Halsin together again?
I was working towards recruiting then both a few weeks ago then Larian removed that feature while I was playing. The next time I logged in I found out I could no longer do it.
I've not played the game again since and regret having bought it. But wondering if perhaps this patch fixes it?

As I understood the patch notes, it isn't supposed to be possible to recruit both Halsin and Minthara.
Any chance of an update on crappy pathing being looked into. Finally got into the city and the amount of junk with regards to ranged pathing, melee long way around and such is getting a bit unbearable. Latest patches have navigating I on mesh surfaces almost impossible. Constant issues setting longer paths and attacking.

It was I bug and they fixed it cause having them together is nonsense, I can't imagine a reason for them to make it work again.

Yeah Crimson is totally right, I can only agree with him. I also received two standard responses yesterday evening. One of them made me wonder:
