Sry no real help, but Yeh I'm happily playing with MInsc, Boo and alot of gold in my party now after days and days of a long drama with this issue.

It was a showstopper, rage quit, tech support level issue for me. lol Because for me Jaheria had died in Moonrise fight.
Lesson for others: don't ever leave act 2 without Jaheria if you want Mins and Boo.
I went back to Act 2, lost days and days and days and days of Act 3 play and brought Jaheria with me the whole way. Moonrise follower, at camp, then leveled up, equipped, companion, guild, cistern, etc. Just to save Minsc and Boo.
I read its possible to use deception on MInsc to say Jahera is alive and well back at your camp so he stops attacking.
I never saw this option though.
FYI: if you do finally "save" Minsc and he runs off looking for Boo, he is nearby, just through the hole in the wall below with Boo, then he will go to your camp. (from Cistern).
