I've encountered this bug and searched the internet to see that other people are experiencing it, but that it hasn't been reported here.
After reaching level 7 as a straight Warlock and gaining access to level 4 spell slots, Hellish Rebuke stops working.
I am playing a Mephistopheles Tiefling Warlock, Pact of the Tome.
Hellish Rebuke no longer shows up in my reactions tab, and even with spell slots available there is no prompt to use Hellish Rebuke during combat.
I've continued to play to level 12 and it never returns as an option, it's almost like Hellish Rebuke was never coded for level 4-5 spell slots.
It worked normally up until the moment I leveled up to 7.
If anyone else has experienced this bug, please chime in for visibility. It may be too late for us, but future warlocks will thank us.
