Yes, it took a long time. I was actually worried, so started to go through all options to fish for approval but didn't find a lot in Act 2. I think I was in the upper 20s, maximum lower 30s at the end of Act 2. It will pick-up from there in act 3. I'm at "very high" (close to exceptional) now and haven' even killed a certain target yet.
