Is it somehow possible in BG3 to do a Delay ?
In The Temple of Elemental Evil it was possible to delay your action so all your party would fit a sequence in the initiative bar and you could freely coordinate their actions.
If you have luck you get the same here in BG3, but I cant find an option to do this grouping by hand in every battle.
