This is a follow-up on
https://steamcommunity.com/app/1086940/discussions/0/3808408747688097632/Basically, using Astarion at high level makes the game unplayable: there is a big chance that using one of its abilities (even simply attacking) crashes the game. I experienced this 5 or 6 times on PS5 but other reports show that the PC version is also affected. I had to stop using Astarion to be able to play safely.
