My wife bought a PS5 just to play BG3, and she was so excited she even bought the PS5 a month early. Initially we loved the game and were amazed that we could not just group up, but I could run half way across the map if I wanted and everything would run smooth... but 3-4 days in it started to lag and lag and eventually it's gotten to the point that when you cast, change characters etc. the game freezes.
We are also experiences bugs where we get stuck in the jump animation, or can't cast or target.
Less than a week with a full price game and it's already broken so bad we can't play it. Is there a way to ask for a refund if we bought it on the PlayStation store?
