Yep there is another long thread on this and it's popping up on Reddit now more people are reaching the 20h + mark. I can't believe Larian has been silent over how bad the performance is on ps5 split screen because after a point it really isn't playable by any reasonable metric. And I say this as a massive fan of the coop in DOS 1 and 2 which my partner and I played the hell out of.
But with 2 people each freezing the game for 10s on so many actions, and having to reload due to the targeting bug with slow loads, we spend more time frozen and reloading than playing. Before we stopped our playthrough we were apologising to each other for having to switch character. So disappointed.
