Post-fight Gortash is too good of an emotional beat to make Karlachs fix tied to making a deal with him.

They SHOULD go the Godian/Barcus Wroot route and make it so you can have them help you fix her if the Gondians and Barcus survive to Act 3 and Barcus becomes the leader of the Ironhands.
