I really wish they would have gone with the various slider systems so many other RPGs have used. Start from a base than then allow you to adjust various aspects to individualize the character more. Especially with bodies, two male and two female options feel weak and lame.
I already knew about the article posted by Faust-RSI, which is why I'm not even trying to convince them to add slider in the character creations, of course it'll definitely make role-playing much more fun if they really decide to add them. Asking for more preset faces would definitely still consider an improvement.
I think they are afraid having slider and more options may turn some players off because it look complex when they just got into the game, personally I disagree, just adding slider in advance option tab or something may solve the problem.
Btw I already use appearance mod for my playthrough, but still prefer my game unmodded, Dislike saving extra mod files in my pc.
