Beyond that, theres plenty of mods available that add more options.
I am not sure what options you are looking for, but there are still less than 10 for a male human on the whole Nexus. This is beyond bad for 2023 RPG, but don't get me wrong - I am not blaming the modders. I blame Larian that hasn't provide them with enough tools to create more presets.
