Thaumaturgy can do this in 5e D&D IIRC
I don't think it should be too hard to implement since right now Thaumaturgy is only used in Dialogues. Click on the spell and you get two choices: extinguish all non-magical flames / light all non-magical
flammable light sources
PS: God I wish there was a cantrip that would destroy all vases in range!
