I agree with almost every mention in your list. Might I add:
- Act 3 is missing dialogue from companions about almost anything going on versus all the other acts. Example: Act 1, almost every mission, be-it side or otherwise would result in reactions from the characters and opinions. Versus Act 3 where I went through
The House of Hope, gave my body to a succubus with MY ROMANCE IN THE SAME ROOM, defeated a devil, and when going back to camp, literally no one said anything. Not even my romance about how I basically screwed someone else in front of him.
FIX: We know you cut dialogue from Act 3. Reimplement the ones that still make sense and add in others. There should still be reactions to what characters or MC do, even though we're about to beat the game. There shouldn't be a point where we stop getting to know these characters.
