When I was going through this episode, I had a dialogue in which a child threatened my character, which would turn adults against me if I didn't leave. And there were options for consent, threats, etc. I didn't leave and answered him rudely. Then, at the exit from the shelter, a dialog window opened for me, where there were options for "attack", "convince" and something else. And, since I'm rogue, there was an option of "[cheating] nothing like that! Who will you believe - me or the child?!" And after that, the faction did not become hostile.

I think in this dialogue you have broken the connection of reactions. This is a bug, but of a slightly different property.
