Not too many. From the top of my head:
-Telling Gale that you are no healer, but if anyone starts turning, you are well-trained in killing people
-Intimidating the goblins at the windmill in Blighted Town
-Intimidating the goblins (with Advantage) guarding the way to the Goblin Camp
-Lae'zel dialogue options that increase her approval
-Telling the Creche Captain that she should value her soldiers more, causing her to blame the Inquisitor
-Telling the Harpers you meet in the wilds in Act2 that you are a fellow man-at-arms, and asking them to stand down (this changes nothing though)
And uhh, that's about it. It feels as if the game is meant to be played as a Fighter, given how little extra there is to say or interact with.
