The reward popup appears, but there's no item. Just an "accept" button.

Nothing appears in any inventory.

No reward.

Hm, that's odd. I did get an amulet that buffed my intimidation. Send a bug report, along with a savegame!

Just got the same.
I already got the Winter's Clutches from Esther so I wonder if that's somehow mucking it up?

I tried reloading and unequipping them and sending them to camp or placing them in the World so they're not in my inventory but in both instances I still got the blank reward so it looks like I'm stuck with one Winter's Clutches until Act 3

That is one bummer of a bug.
