Either way, you have your answer. The one from a psychiatric and neurobiological standpoint. Nobody will look at you odd for saying "I find X paraphilia gross". People with paraphilias know these are gross to most people. Since this is a public forum, unfortunate strangers will however gift you with their pile of thoughts.
