Oh, wow... Okay, so back to the topic! Personally I actually like how all of the characters have their orientation on the matter. I'm not sure if it makes them more realistic or what, but I find it a good experience to realise that we players can't actually have everyone of them just the way we would want to. Some don't tolerate if Tav even suggests an open relationship, while Halsin doesn't want to have a closed relationship, and then there seems to be a lot in between. So in that sense, I don't feel like I'd need changes to their orientation. However, if they did, it wouldn't bother me either if they made more characters open to try some kind of different arrangement.
Btw, while I really don't want to wise off here, I'll still point out that a character can't be both mono and poly, so I just assumed you suggested that Tav could have another relationship while being with Karlach, one way or another.
