How can you say it is not an issue? To do nothing but go to bed every day for half a dozen days in a row is absurd, and totally immersion-breaking; you are reminded that you are playing something artificial. The idea that a bunch of people with mindflayer tadpoles in their skulls would be happy to chill out for a week at camp, is insane.
Forgive my wording, I'm just common folk, not a scholar. What I meant is that until a better solution is found or Larian changes how things work with resting and how many events play per long rest, the mod and taking multiple long rests in a row will allow me [or others, if they use the mod] to see the content. I never stated this wasn't an absurd way to do it, or disagreed about it being irritating AF. I was more commenting on the fact that the mod existed and thankfully has let me see more content that I'd have missed otherwise.
