Created an account to say same issue. I'm at the very end of Act II and went back to Last Light Inn to find half the town, including Dammon, dead. Got the update for Karlach's quest as soon as I got close enough. I'm hoping if I leave my saves alone there will be a fix. Can some kind soul please let me know the best way to report bugs? It's one part hilarious and one part infuriating lol, hopefully they catch it soon. I'm sure there's a very stressed dev out there haha.
