I thought I would suggest this because it's something that has come to my attention throughout playing the game. I know there are options within the game to hug your companions, in particular Karlach and Astarion, and when you're romancing a character you can have the dialogue option to ask "Can we talk about us?" and it gives some dialogue options about the relationship, ask to kiss them, or break-up. It would be cool if there was the option to hug them! I don't know how difficult that would be to implement given there are already animations with hugs created but it would be a nice moment of connection that's not constantly badgering your romance partner for a kiss.
Plus, for characters like Karlach and Astarion, it's an opportunity to have 'touch' be something soft, which I feel like they both need in their lives. Karlach, especially.
I don't know if this would be possible but figured it was worth the suggestion.
The game is amazing, more hugs would just be a cherry on top!
