Having the same issue after updating the game today. It's my second walkthrough and I was really shocked after I've found Dammon dead on the empty spot of odd fox in Last light inn. After a lot of reloads of my saves I've found the one where Dammon can be saved. But I didn't plan to kill the odd fox... Hopefully Larian will fix it very fast, so we all can play this awesome game the way we want
