If they implement DLC and get all the main stuff commonly requested, I would love different playthrough story options similar to how there is one for Tav and Dark Urge. But the playthrough I want is just something unhinged and stupid such as the main player being some random animal like a goat, sheep, or cow that somehow ended up on the Nautiloid and survived the crash and all the party members follow you around as their leader and even put words in your mouth when they talk to you (since you only sound like an animal to them, speak to animals would have to be disabled). Even the NPC's who do not understand you seem to find you extremely convincing and put words in your mouth. Those who do understand you choose not to question it, those who do are met with the party defending you, offended. You will have the party members opening up to you about their interests, trauma, fears, revelations, etc (no romance).

You can either defeat the Elder Brain with your companions and are praised and your statue is placed everywhere or you can choose to take over the world for animals to rule. (Of course, you will have special dialogue with the animals all around Faerun)

If I ever find the motivation perhaps I will turn it into some random fanfiction, but it still would be fun to have more playthrough options.

Unrealistic fantasy DLC aside, I would love it if they implemented the Upper City, Avernus, and maybe even Waterdeep. Or expanded companion quest where you all now have the time to focus on

1. Saving Karlach (in Avernus)
2. Curing Astarion of vampirism
(if not ascended)

3. Helping Astarion take over Baldurs Gate
(if ascended)

4. Exploring more of the Underdark since only a fraction was shared, I was hoping to see more Mindflayers variations and colonies in the Underdark, or even Drow outposts/communities.
5. Maybe a quest where you can help Omeluum with his research in developing alternative food resources.
6. Going with La'zel to take down
Vlaakith (if Orpheus was freed)

All of this would be perfect to do after handling the Absolute and would be companion-focused.
