Just a heads up, if you have the vendor sell screen in Trade mode, sell a bag to the vendor full of stuff, it gives you the total gold of all the goods inside.
Normally, I'd just buy the bag back so I can repeat this later. Arron in the grove at the least, but I've noticed it with other act 1 vendors, will take ALL that gold back from you when you buy the bag back, instead of the 2g or whatever it's supposed to cost.
Just a little PSA in case it happens to any of you. I do this to manage my inventory and was grossly disappointed to be missing over 600g.
