I just kept one character in the camp and never used. Then when I reached lvl 12 took him into group, leveled into all classes and got the achievement...

In the spirit of gamesmanship I'm actually playing mine. Started with Bard, maxing Cha, Sorc>Warlock>Druid...so far. It's fun on a Deep Gnome for max utility on rolls.
