I had played this game for 150 hours without any launching issue. One day my computer froze and I had to manually reboot it. Afterwards, whenever I try to launch the game, I get the following error.

[0923/224108.702:ERROR:dxva_video_decode_accelerator_win.cc(1421)] Fatal DXVAVDA error, could not LoadLibrary: msvproc.dll: Module not found. (0x7E).

My guess is that the DLL is corrupted. However I do not know of a way to fix this. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks Larian for this fantastic game!

Update: Found a fix to this issue.

Turns out it's not related to the DLL at all. Instead, it has something to do with the corrupted pfx folder. I deleted the folder and launched the game again, which recreates the folder and solves the issue.
