I usually play through as old characters from table top campaigns which depending on who I want to play can be male or female, on new characters I usually either play female or I try to make something different, and since its a newer option in fantasy games, ive been playing around with nonbinary options at the moment but I tend to create more feminine than masculine. I played a bearded female dwarf in EA but that was partially because Tolkien's world (and early DnD) the dwarven women had beards and thats been missing more often than not in fantasy genres.

I did make a transgendered female character in full release but I havent played her much, as I feel a lot of the feminine aspects I would want to have are missing. And no Im not wanting a chainmail bikini with a bulging codpiece, but theres not so many skirted options, or dresses, especially in the clothing options so it kind of nerfs the fun. Also playing as a nonbinary male bodied character its kind of annoying that the items default to a unisex/male look, aside from the Umberlee robes which stay very feminine. With the underwear I can say it makes some sense, bras are pretty much fitted so half orc barbarian Tav isnt going to easily wear shadowhearts bra, but if a male goes into a shop thats high fashion where things would have to be tailored, it would only make since he could get a dress or bra to go with the underwear. Right now the only way to feel like you are playing a male/nonbinary character that gets feminine versions of the clothes are the dragonborn because the females look like a smaller version of the men, still muscular and no feminine breasts, but still wear bras and their chest usually stays covered

On a side not, it doesnt make sense that the male companions underwear sprout a bra if equipped onto a female,
