At the start of act 2, it is still early enough to get her approval. If it is not enough, there is a persuasion check, you have to suceed, to stop her from killing Aylin. Maybe put in teh Enhance ability check for that.
If you can pull it off with your character, she approves, if you can
dispatch of the three Thorms in the abandoned village without a fight, relying on conversation skills. I think helping Arabella gives approval, freeing the tieflings and gnomes, convincing Yugir to kill himself.
