1. Mizora stuck at asking player to talk to Gortash, even after said situation is completed.
2. Missing Dammon in act 3. Despite saving last inn, releasing Nightsong and getting Karlach second upgrade. Dammon did not appear in act 3 beside his forge.
3. Lae zel bug - unable to talk to her in camp. Killing her and reviving her back with wither solve the situation. Update - i got the same bug on Karlach when I first recruit her. Solve the same issue by killing and reviving her with wither.
4. Astarion and Tav animation went strange after reveal of the emperor as a mindflayer - both spoke with back facing each other and head turn to the side.

Save bugg and Dammon death are the 2 that made my last game suck.
I just played trough the save bugg and in time it goes away problem was I enterd LL with that happening so now Dammon is dead for no reason as I have not pissed of the cow either bah
Pasting from a comment I made on Reddit earlier. Do note that all of these pertain to the PS5 version of the game.
- Getting caught stealing and lockpicking when you're properly hidden.
- Dialogue skipping by itself.
- Recast speak with dead having to manually be added back to the hotbar every time you cast it after a long rest.
- Selecting multiple items at once and trying to transfer to another character sometimes only transfers one item.
- Debuffs are useless since they immediately wear off on the enemy's turn. Stampeding isn't working properly. The character doesn't dash to and through the enemies in a line like pre-patch. Karlach and Rothe wildshape are using normal movement to the specific enemy you select and then basically shove them down prone and even if it's right before the enemy's turn, they immediately stand up even though it's supposed to last for 2 turns. Same thing happens when using blind with the raven familiar. I blinded an enemy earlier right before their turn, their turn came and it immediately wore off, making it 100% useless.
- Various UI errors like when you add guidance on dice rolls, the box doesn't always move up into the line, and even if it does, the original placed box below the line of buffs still stays there. Quest markers not disappearing, like the teahouse still having one after completing the Mayrina/Connor quest. The swirl for short rest reset is there on abilities, but the text "resets once per short rest" is now gone, at least in combat.
- Getting encumbered when not even near the weight limit.
- Being in a dialogue scene (like with a certain fan of Astarion's in the swamp) and enemies deciding to break the cutscene for combat.
- Being in dialogue and tapping triangle to trade sometimes registers a long press and initiates combat instead, and it appears the long press timer in general has been shortened since even a single tap fills it significantly.
- Combat actions taking even longer to register than usual. Enemy swipes at Gale, game just sits there for 7-10 seconds, then see that the enemy missed and combat resumes.
- More and more texture loading issues even in the first act that require restarting the game (seems like a memory leak since it is happening even with a very short amount of playtime and usually resolves on a reboot. Now instead of say 20+hours and using rest mode between sessions, it's happening within 2 hours even in act 1 where npcs don't have correct textures)
- Spider wildshape deciding it can't climb vines in combat and you have to waste an action to jump.
- Something is wrong with the damage modifiers behind the scenes. My bow says 5-10 damage, yet hitting for 2 on something with no damage resistance.
- Various dialogue scenes have broken camera angles.
- Magic pockets obviously not working as intended. There's no way in hell it's intended to take all bags and equipment with orange borders where the story is resolved for that item already.
- We need an Obama-era "No Summons Left Behind" project since waypointing with them is now a crapshoot on whether they teleport with you or not.
I've noticed all of this after about 8 hours of gameplay. It's a wonderful game, don't get me wrong, but this patch definitely needs to be hotfixed asap and they need to properly playtest their patches. Stuff like prone/blind being completely useless and wearing off on the enemy's first turn, along with the actual bags, keyring, and equipment being transferred with magic pockets instead of just key story items should have been immediately apparent with any amount of playtesting. It's obvious they only playtested ps5 by loading a save file and saying, "Yep, game still loads up, must be fine!"
Edit: Another bug I've encountered is that when in turn based mode, after talking to npcs, some will randomly not be affected by turn based mode any longer and will move about freely.
Edit 2: link to a clip I took of what I'm talking about with blind. Same applies to prone about 90% of the time now as well.
Patch 3 crashed my save games, had to start from the beginning after reinstalling the game... does that count?
I noticed that patch 3 changes dialogue triggers, can't give good examples, but companions seem to be less involved in dialogues then before.
The 2nd tadpole scene with Flind after the combat doesn't trigger.
Shadowheart is supposed to confess her being a Cleric of Shar later / with more approval, than before. She confessed even sooner to my Cleric of Selune.
Been playin in act 2 , Dammon was there with the ox , made me some items from metal. After i went out to clear the buildings with surgeon, bartender and toll collector i came back to last light Inn to see that ox and Dammon was gone with some of Dammon's items left in pouch on the ground.
Loaded previous save when i just arrived at last light Inn to start over but as soon as save would load the Ox would turn into slime and go on CARNAGE around the village xD.
Have no idea why but after patch 3 the OX became hostile in my saves.
180 hrs spent on the game and i haven't finished it yet , have to start another playthrough again
you can finally complete "Find Your Belongings" by talking to Mol HOWEVER you cannot complete "Investigate the Beach" anymore. At least my last save was when entering the Grove (only 2 hours ago). Wonder if I talk to Mathis only after I complete the Harpies issue ???
After using heightened spell, it remains selected in subsequent turns even if you can’t use it again (e.g. you’re out of sorcery points). Since you can’t use it, it’s greyed out and so you can’t toggle it off. Spells like slow and hypnotic pattern won’t let you cast them with heightened spell without sufficient sorcery points. So basically I was unable to call certain spells at all since I was stuck with heightened spell activated every turn of a battle with no way to turn it off.

Had the same problem with quickened spell. Once you get your sorcery points back you can activate another meta magic and switch that back of. Another bug... meta magic is broken right now.
Hi everyone, also some bugs here... After patch 3, the hidden door in Thorm mausoleum doesn't appear, even if I press the three buttons in the right order. Also, Halsin was supposed to wait near from the lake after I spoke to the dead guy at the inn, in order to fetch Thaniel. But he wasn't there and when I went back to camp, it was like we never had that conversation about Thaniel and the informations I told him about.
After Patch 3 I can't leave the Rosymorn Monastery general region. Did Underdark and Grymforge as usual, then went to the creche to do things there, after finishing up everything, after the cutscene rest, when I leave camp, loading screen goes up to 33% and game crashes. I tried to go there before Underdark and had the same issue.
Wonder if I talk to Mattis only after I complete the Harpies issue ???
Confirmed. If you complete "Investigate the beach" before being swindled by Mattis and "Find your belongings" starts then both quests can be completed. You cannot have both quests active at the same time.
Gale is bugged with patch 3. Got exceptional approval with him, but in act three during the stargazing scene he says. "We're not close." But after the scene says we're good friends. Few others have reported it on reddit.
Seen some people saying his romance is now impossible to trigger at all as the weave scene never appears in act 1.
On split screen mode (PC) getting several crashes doing a variety of things. Usually these seem to happen most in camp with dialogue, but sometimes during standard adventuring also. Tried this on multiple saves at various points in the game, and the same is true in Acts 1, 2, and 3.
Crash rate prior to the patch was almost 0, with a max of 1 crash per session if at all. Now it’s more like 3 or so in a 2 hour stretch.
I play with cosmetic mods so i figured thats why everytime i click on the magic mirror it does nothing. Another bug ive found is that after i trade or barter with a trader and then i try to save. my game says save failed or quicksave failed. And i just got to the Last Light Inn and after the cutscene with Jahiera, Dammon instantly dies by a certain something disguised as an animal. (Spoiler)
As u can see on the SS, i already got all itens i need, but i cant use the pad to go down. I also cant go back to my acampment and some interactions are not working.
