Me, too - my eyes change from green, blue to grey - depends on my mood.

mine are brown on the inside and green on the outside, and ringed in dark gray. some call it hazel. i don't really know.

Mines are gray/ligh-/dark-blue.

actually looking deep into my eyes they seem to look like lighter green hollow sockets, euwww! gross! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Mine are blue blue, don't change colours really, but if i am wearing blue (which i do often - my favorite colour) they can appear a deeper shade of it.
